Playa Vista Villa in Indian Rocks Beach hosted by Sara was perfect for two of us during our 6 day spring break vacation. The house was the perfect size with two bedrooms and one bathroom and very well provisioned kitchen. The unit was very clean, tidy and comfortably furnished and decorated. The best part of this unit is the back sunroom and the outside patio on the bay. The weather was very windy two days we were in Indian Rocks, so it was hard to stay long on the beach, but the afternoons on the patio were wonderful, good fishing off the dock and watching for dolphins and manatees in the bay. The location is outstanding, a quick walk to the beach and several restaurants and shopping opportunities within walking distance. The outdoor shed had everything we needed for the beach; wagon, beach chairs, umbrella and several beach toys for kids. We would come here again and actually hope to stay for longer periods of time.

Very nice home—clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. The kids especially loved the pool, which was a highlight of our stay. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved It! Perfect for relaxing on the beach and the back deck, close to restaurants on the beach. The cottage was immaculate and Sara answered my questions promptly. I'd come back here!

I almost hate to leave this review because it feels like a hidden gem—but it deserves the praise. This was my third stay and I’m already planning to come back next year.
The location is unbeatable: sunrise from the back deck and sunset just a block away. Sara is a wonderful host—responsive and helpful. I can’t recommend this place enough.

I can’t say enough about our wonderful stay at Playa Vista Villa or Sara, our host. It was a cozy cottage, with a perfectly planned layout, extremely convenient location, and priceless view of the Intercoastal Waterway with a sunroom, deck and dock to enjoy it.
Also, Sara is amazing sweet and responsive. She, and this vacation home, are perfect!

My 3 siblings and I stayed in Susan's home for a 4-day getaway from the snow of the Midwest! We loved the house! It was very roomy for 4 adults. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with supplies. All the beds and furniture were in excellent condition and comfortable. The outdoor space was wonderful and was the site of our daily happy hour! Golf and hiking opportunities were plentiful nearby. Susan was very responsive to our questions, both before and during our stay. I would love to stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

This is one of the best AirBnb’s I have ever stayed in. Spacious inside and the kitchen has everything you need to cook. Comfortable space for hanging out inside and on the patio. The backyard was our favorite spot, sunsets were beautiful. The pool is heated so we could swim even when it was cool in the evenings, and the hot tub is situated to watch the sunset. Would love to come stay again!

We had a wonderful stay over the Christmas Holidays! The home is perfect for beach lovers and boat watchers! Literally behind a Mexican restaurant and steps aways from local hot spots! But the peace on the back deck over looking the water was the best!

I cannot say enough good things about Susan and the place. We truly enjoyed our time at the house. It is just as beautiful and comfortable as it looks in the pictures. Susan was very responsive to our requests and helped us to feel right at home, which was especially nice over the holidays. We travel to Tucson a fair amount and hope to stay at this house again.

What a Cutie! We loved everything about Sara’s place! The personal touches stood out and were much appreciated. Well stocked unit; didnt go without. DONT get me started on back patio and dock area… Thee best way to spend time all parts of the weekend. Dolphins showed up on request even❤️
