Welcome home to your serene, open floor plan, 3-bed, plus den home with sprawling heated pool and patio space galore. We hope you enjoy this space as much as we do. The master bedroom with private ensuite has a king bed and is separated from the den, which has a queen sleeper sofa, by closing barn doors. Each has a TV and the den has its own access to the outdoor oasis and pool. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms both have queen beds. A second full bath is in close proximity, just off the hall. The house and especially kitchen are fully equipped with just about everything you can think of. (And if something is missing, just let us know.) Your own private, fenced in sanctuary, in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood, near stores and restaurants for convenience (although you may never want to leave).

Since this is a residential neighborhood, we ask that all our guests behave responsibly and like good neighbors. If you need an exception to any of the posted rules (such as check out time or maximum number of guests, for example) please let us know and we will see if we can accommodate your request.

The pool is heated to 78 degrees in the winter for your comfort and enjoyment. If you would like it warmer than that, we do need to charge an additional fee of $100 per stay (or $75 per week if staying longer than one week). PLEASE be careful near the pool and at all times. Patio areas can be slippery when wet, so exercise caution. Enjoy!
